Questions we get on the first call
What does an AI agent cost?
The readiness assessment has a fixed price agreed up front. The build is priced per phase, and running the agent is a fixed monthly fee with model usage included. We never bill per token or per document.
How long until the first agent is live?
Usually 8 to 14 weeks, and the first 3 of those are the assessment. The biggest variable is how easy it is to get data out of your current systems.
Where is our data processed?
Your choice: an EU-hosted model, open-weights models on our EU servers, or fully on your own hardware with no outbound traffic. We don't resell your data or use it to train shared models.
What happens when the agent is unsure?
Each agent has a confidence threshold. Below it, the case goes to one of your people with the reasoning attached. Every decision is logged, so you can always show why something was approved.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. We connect to what you already run, including older systems without an API. Replacing working software is rarely worth it.
