Know exactly what AI would cost you and save you — in three weeks

You do not need another presentation about the potential of artificial intelligence. You need three numbers: which of your processes can be automated, what it costs to do it, and what you get back per year.

That is what this produces. Fixed price, fixed duration, and the document is yours whether or not you ever work with us again.

Who has trusted us since 2004: Electrocentrale București · Poliția de Frontieră · ADR Nord-Vest · Andritz Hydro · Shell România. Public sector, energy and heavy industry — buyers who audit their suppliers before signing. See the case studies.

What you receive

  1. Three processes costed. Chosen from your actual operation, not a generic list. For each: current volume, hours consumed today, implementation effort, estimated annual saving, and the risks.
  2. An inventory of the AI already in your company. We nearly always find more than management expected — features switched on by default in software you already pay for, tools bought on departmental cards, extensions staff installed themselves.
  3. Risk classification under the EU AI Act. Which systems are high-risk, which carry transparency duties, and what each one obliges you to do.
  4. Your NIS2 supplier position. If you are in scope, what you must demand of suppliers. If you supply someone who is, what they will demand of you — usually sooner than you expect.
  5. A data readiness verdict. Where your data actually lives and what can be extracted. This is where the surprises are, and it often reorders the priorities.
  6. A 12-month plan with sequence, budget and the people required.

Three weeks, and about 8 hours of your team's time

Week 1 — inventory

Interviews with IT, with legal or compliance, and with the people who own the processes. Roughly 6–8 hours of your team's time in total. That is the whole demand on you.

Week 2 — analysis

We map the candidate processes, test whether the data is actually reachable, classify risk and identify obligations. Our work, with occasional questions to you.

Week 3 — delivery

Costings, the 12-month plan, the written document, and a session with your management team where we present it and answer questions.

What it costs

Fixed price, quoted before we start, based on your size and number of locations. No variable costs during the engagement. If you go ahead with an implementation, the full fee is credited against the first phase — so if you proceed, the assessment effectively costs nothing.

This is worth doing if

  • You have more than 50 employees and a lot of repetitive paperwork.
  • You fall under NIS2 and have to inventory your systems and suppliers anyway.
  • AI tools have already spread informally through your departments and you want control before an audit.
  • You are a software vendor getting security questionnaires from large customers and improvising the answers.

It is not worth doing if

You have fewer than 20 people, your processes are already digitised and rarely repeated, or what you actually want is a chatbot on your website. We will tell you this on the first call, for free, and point you somewhere more useful. We would rather lose a sale than take a fee for something that will not pay you back.

What happens afterwards

Three outcomes, all fine by us: you implement it yourself using the plan, you take it to another supplier, or you continue with us on building the first agent and possibly having us run it. The document is yours in every case.

Next step

The first conversation is free and takes half an hour. Book a call and bring one process you think is wasting money — we will tell you on the call whether the assessment is worth your budget.

Find out what this would cost you — in 30 minutes, free

Tell us one process that eats your team's time. We will tell you on the call whether an AI agent can take it over, roughly what it costs, and what it would save. If it is not a good fit, we say so — we would rather lose the sale than sell you the wrong thing.
