Your team spends hours a day retyping data. An agent can do that part.

Invoices arrive as PDFs and get keyed into the ERP by hand. Tender documents get read line by line to find the one clause that disqualifies you. Supplier paperwork gets chased by email. None of it needs a person — but all of it currently uses one.

We build AI agents that take over that work, connect them to the systems you already run, and hand you an audit trail for every decision they make.

What we automate, and what it typically saves

Invoice and PO matching

Reads incoming invoices, identifies supplier and purchase order, checks quantities and prices, flags mismatches. Modern extraction runs at 96–99% accuracy on header fields, and most finance teams get 70–85% of invoices fully hands-off. Your team reviews the exceptions instead of all of it.

Tender and RFP triage

Reads the specification, pulls out mandatory requirements, deadlines and award criteria, and tells you which conditions you fail — before you spend three days writing a bid you cannot win.

Contract clause extraction

Termination windows, penalties, liability caps, auto-renewal dates. A register that keeps itself current, instead of a spreadsheet nobody has opened since the person who made it left.

Supplier onboarding and screening

Collects documents, checks public registers, fills in the security questionnaires NIS2 obliges your customers to send you, and flags suppliers whose paperwork has expired.

Why buy this from an integration company, not an AI startup

The model is the easy part — you can buy that. These projects fail on everything else: pulling clean data out of a fifteen-year-old ERP with no API, handling documents scanned crooked in five formats with stamps across the text, and encoding rules that were never written down and live in one person's head in accounts payable.

That is the job we have done since 2004 — for a state energy producer, a border police agency, and industrial groups running plants on two continents. An agency founded last year cannot show you a reference like that, and your procurement team will ask for one.

Where it runs, and who sees your data

  • EU-hosted model — best price-performance for ordinary business documents.
  • Open-weights model on our EU infrastructure — your data never leaves the contractual perimeter, no dependency on a non-EU vendor.
  • Fully on-premise — on your own servers, no outbound traffic at all. The usual choice for regulated data.

In all three, the data stays yours — we do not resell it and we do not train shared models on it. On-premise means it never leaves your building at all. The agent framework and prompt engineering remain our product; your data, your audit trail and your documentation are always yours to export. Full detail on what is yours and what is ours.

What happens when it gets something wrong

Every agent has a confidence threshold. Above it, it acts. Below it, the case goes to one of your people with the reasoning attached. Nothing silently guesses. Every decision is logged, so when your auditor asks why invoice 4471 was approved in March, you can answer.

That same mechanism is what the EU AI Act requires for human oversight, and what your customers' NIS2 supplier questionnaires ask about. Built in from the start, it is both a quality control and your compliance evidence.

How long it takes and what it costs

  1. Free 30-minute call. You describe one process. We tell you if it is a fit.
  2. Readiness assessment — 3 weeks, fixed price. Three processes costed, with risk classification and a 12-month plan. Details here. The fee is credited against the build if you continue.
  3. Pilot — 6 to 10 weeks. One agent, running alongside your manual process so you can compare before you commit.
  4. Production and operations. We can run it for you under SLA, or hand it to your team.

Builds are contracted in phases with a defined outcome at each. You can stop after any of them.

Pick the process your team complains about most. Book a free 30-minute call and we will tell you on that call whether it is worth automating — including if the answer is no.

Tell us one process that eats your team's time. We will tell you on the call whether an AI agent can take it over, roughly what it costs, and what it would save. If it is not a good fit, we say so — we would rather lose the sale than sell you the wrong thing.
