Reads the invoice, finds the supplier and the purchase order, checks quantities and prices, and flags mismatches. Current extraction reaches 96–99% accuracy on header fields.

Pulls out mandatory requirements, deadlines and award criteria, and shows which conditions you fail. You find out before you spend three days on a bid you can't win.

Agents don't only process paperwork. Connected to your ERP, CRM and accounting through an MCP server, an agent answers questions in plain language from today's numbers, not last month's export. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI models use to talk to other systems. We build and run the server, so you decide exactly what the agent can see.

And we don't sell AI where it isn't needed. If a validation rule, a report or an integration between two systems solves the problem, we recommend that instead. It's cheaper to build and to run.
When the agent isn't sure
Every agent has a confidence threshold. Above it, the agent acts. Below it, the case goes to one of your people with the reasoning attached. Nothing guesses silently.
Every decision is logged. When your auditor asks why invoice 4471 was approved in March, you have the answer.

How long it takes
- Free 30-minute call. You describe one process. We tell you if it's a fit.
- Readiness assessment: usually 1 week, fixed price. Three processes costed, a risk classification and a 12-month plan. What you pay for it becomes credit for the implementation. How the assessment works.
- Pilot: 6 to 10 weeks. One agent runs next to your manual process, so you can compare before you commit.
- Production. We run it for you under SLA, or hand it to your team.

Common questions
Which processes are worth automating with an AI agent?
High-volume processes with stable rules and lots of documents: matching invoices to purchase orders, triaging tender documents, extracting contract clauses, screening suppliers. Not rare processes, and not ones where every case is different.
Does our data reach the model vendor?
Only if you want it to. We can run EU-hosted models or fully on-premise on your own hardware. The choice is made during the assessment, based on data sensitivity and your legal obligations.
How long does an implementation take?
A first agent in production typically takes 8 to 14 weeks, including the assessment, which usually takes a week. The main variable is how accessible the data in your existing systems is.
What happens when the agent gets it wrong?
Every agent has confidence thresholds and human escalation. Decisions below the threshold go to an operator, not into production. Everything is logged so you can reconstruct why a decision was made.
